The beauty of water, the strength of water...My decade-long W A T E R Y W O R K project is a hommage to the first and a warning for the second.
Water is the most present substance on earth, and it is also vitally important for us humans because it's by far the biggest ingredient of the body.
Since our planet is increasingly polluted and our spirits are crushed in the world-wide-web,
it becomes harder to find a peaceful place to rest the soul.
One of my WateryWork chapters is the " OASES " miniature uninhibited 3D islands-plus-surrounding-floodline for playful relaxation on the beach of one's own imaginary world. In December 2018, these oases were exhibited in the WIHH gallery.
Currently present in the WIHH gallery is another project: postcards, that publisher ART UNLIMITED selected from my foto collection. The subject is my beloved Amsterdam, and the object is often water...
